This is a photograph of the Empire Hotel from the town
of Delta . It was moved to Westernville in 1911 during the construction
of the Delta Lake Dam. It now serves as the Town Hall for the
Village of Westernville, located at the corner of Main Street
and Stokes Westernville Road.

The History of the cemeterydates back to the early eighteen hundreds,
located on the property of the Westernville Presbyterian church,
that serves as final resting place of General William Floyd and
several other historical figures.
Deacon Jabez Halleck was one of the founders of the Presbyterian
church in Westernville in 1818.
